Clear terms for professionals
The following terms specify the rules for using the QRventory equipment registration and inspection system. We prioritize transparent business conditions that protect both parties to the agreement.
1. General Provisions and Service Nature
QRventory is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application intended exclusively for entrepreneurs and institutional entities (B2B relationship). The service aims to support equipment registration processes and digitize OHS protocol circulation using QR codes. The application is not intended for consumers.
2. Contract Conclusion and Payments
Contract conclusion typically occurs after a free system presentation (Demo) and determining the Client's needs. Billing is based on traditional VAT invoices. Subscription payments should be settled by the 20th day of the billing month, unless individual arrangements with the Client state otherwise. The Client has the right to cancel the subscription at any time – resignation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
3. Liability Exclusion (OHS and Technical Aspects)
QRventory constitutes exclusively an IT management support tool. The Client bears full and exclusive responsibility for the actual technical condition of equipment, possession of appropriate qualifications by persons conducting inspections, and accuracy of entered data. The Service Provider is not liable for accidents, property damage, or penalties imposed on the Client resulting from using damaged equipment. The Service Provider's total financial liability for system operation is limited to the net value of subscription fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event. Liability for lost profits (lucrum cessans) is excluded.
4. Availability Guarantee (SLA) and Maintenance Breaks
We ensure high system operation stability, declaring a guaranteed service availability level (SLA) of 99% on a monthly basis. To maintain the highest security standards, the Service Provider reserves the right to perform maintenance works. Authorized administrators on the Client's side will be informed of planned technical breaks with appropriate advance notice through established communication channels.
5. Contract Termination and Data Retention
After expiration or termination of the subscription agreement, the Client receives a 14-day transition period. During this time, generated protocols can be downloaded and data exported from the system. After unsuccessful expiration of this period, for information security, all Client data, inspection history, and protocol files are irreversibly deleted from our servers and databases.
6. Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
As part of service provision, the Client entrusts the Service Provider with processing of personal data of its employees (e.g., first name, last name, email address) exclusively for proper operation of the QRventory application. Acceptance of these Terms is equivalent to concluding a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The Service Provider commits to applying the highest security standards, described in detail in the Security Policy.
